NBA Street Vol 3 backup noise when switched off

Hello

I have a problem with this backup, when I press the standby button, it makes a buzzing noise, this is the only game it happens with.

Does anyone know what this could be?

I have this problem to only with NBA Live 05, from what i know i believe it only happends in game or whem some sort of music is playing but i've been playing it for a year now and no problems so i wouldn't worry.
