DVD Decrypter won't read disc in the drive

I want to copy my new dvd movie I just bought. But the dvd decrypter indicates that my "disc is empty". The Source is my [3:1:0]Mitsumi dw-7820te (F) drive. The Mode is checked on "File".

If I change the mode to ISO read. This is what it shows:
