Computer not reading RAZR anymore...

I've been using MPT (newest) for a while now. I hook it up this morning, it reads it for a sec then while in the mobile explorer, it just stops reading it. I restart the program and it gets stuck on the initializing part and it has a pic of a phone with a red slash over it (like those no smoking signs). Anyone have a similar problem or know how to fix this? I tried it on two computers where I've connected the phone to before and had the same problem. I'm thinking it's the phone 'cause I tried another phone (same exact 1) and that one works.
