There are currently millions of users downloading and trading files legally on file-sharing networks.
You can, for example, legally download music from over 850 bands and over 20,000 live concerts but also have
access to multiple software titles and games. File sharing has enabled music fans from around the world to build the largest library of recorded
music in history. File sharing is not illegal as long as you obey and comply with all relevant copyright laws.
Sharing copyrighted material without the permission to do so is illegal. You will find detailed instructions on how to stay legal within the member's area.
The purchase of a membership, however, is not a license to upload or download copyrighted material.
We urge you to respect copyright and share responsibly. Click Here for more info

Stay legal and avoid breaking the law! Inside our member's area you will find a section dedicated to showing you how to stay legal while getting access to the largest file sharing networks.

You will find both copyrighted and non-copyrighted material on the P2P, file-sharing networks featured on this site with over 800 artists who have authorized the Sharing of their content for non-commercial use, including content with Creative Commons format licenses.

P2P technology makes it possible to efficiently share all types of files and information. For files protected by copyrights, you generally need the copyright owner's permission before you make it available to other P2P users. Popular music, movies, games and software are most often protected by copyright. The Subscription fees paid to access this service does not relieve you of your responsibility to honor copyright law.

Copyright law protects original works of authorship, including literary, dramatic, musical, artistic, and certain other intellectual compositions.

Individuals who reproduce, distribute copies, publicly perform or display works without the copyright owner's consent, may be in violation of the law. Copyright infringement can result in significant monetary damages, fines and even criminal penalties.

I bet it's loaded with spyware, either way I wouldn't risk it. Why not head over to the p2p discussions and find out what they all use. Best of all it's free!
