when using DVD shrink i go to open folder, click and get the windows error message that i have encountered a prob and that DVD shrink needs to close down, i have uninstalled and reinstalled it, even tryed new downloaded copys of DVD shrink, but still get the same prob, can anyone help? :-)

Do you have Windows Media Player or another commercial video player associated with video files? If so, try unassociating WMP/the other with video files.
