Independence Compiler 4.0 is now in tabbed format, so its not confusing and overbearing for new users.

This version has much more documentation included and has a few new features:
*Checks for updates
*Can export title.db standalone
*Will export files like 2.2 used to

You can pick up the file from the downloads section at http://console.iscentral.net (registration not required)
