can anyone help me with how to get a good downloaded movie so it has a good picture on a plasma

I have a plasma too and found that the quality of the movies is not very good when playing on plasma, but if it's free, I'm not complaining. My suggestion would be watch out for downloads in the DVD format/section in your download area. These are of course bigger in size, and I'm guessing a bit better in quality.
