Can anyone explain why win dvr 3 is giving me a constant balck screen. im shure the usb tuner box is working as the default program does show the video. ( also has a option to lad windvr directly). Im using the box to play ps2 on the pc monitor. if you know of any good programs that give a good preview screen ( not interested in recording) i would apriciate it.
