$ony doesnt make USB Hard discs, you can use any, i do not know the limit but to a 100 gb it should be, software? yeah you need USB Extreme, or you can download USB Advance which is the same, but you have to have modchipped PStwo
I just wanna say Most new games dont wont, dual layer games also dont work.
Do a search on USB extreme some where on this site is a list of HDD"s that work. you no what go to the main site They have to have a list on there. Your better off backing your games up onto a disc!
But if you wanna give it a try there are guides somewhere around here
thanks for your reply. I was mainly going to use a small HDD for saving games and saving replays etc. Because a 8mb memory card is just tiny. But i think I'd go with the memory card, cuz a HDD seems like such hassle.
You cannot save game saves on USB HDD, you cannot save saves on 3rd party Internal drives either, it can be done only with official HDD that comes up with HDD utlity disc that will update your browser and show HDD in the browser...
