How do I create a picture cd that will play in a dvd player?? I have tried nero's vcd creator, but that didnt work, then I tried ezcd creator and that didnt work either. Help???

if you did things right with nero and cd creator, i would say your dvd player won't play the picture cd vcd's.. you might try proshow gold and see how that works.

I will be sure to try it, but the thing is I tryed it in my dvd-rom drive too. didnt work. I dont think it is the dvd player.

just a note, depending on your pc dvd software, the picture cd might not start automatically an d you might have to locate the mpeg file manually to get it to work.

I have one last question. I have been able to create VCD's that play in my dvd rom and my cd-rw, but not my dvd player. It says its dvd compliant. Plus. The vcds that I burn in nero only play in my system running winxp Whats wrong??

go to www.dvdrhelp.com and look up dvd player compatibility and see if your dvd player lists the ability to play vcd's. Not all dvd players can play vcd's or svcd's. Even if it can play, go to the comments section and see what people say about the player
