When trying to merge 2 avi files i got this error message on avi-mux:

Can't join files: Video compression formats differ: XVID <-> xvid

I've used Gspot to take a look at the codecs, and they look exactly the same except one file is 4CC=XVID (caps) and the other one is xvid... o.o

Is there any way to fix it? I hardly think there needs to be any encoding involved... it's just kinda weird that it recognizes them as 2 different codecs...
