I searched a couple of times but never found a proper awnser,

I am trying to backup shadow hearts covenant, Disc 2 backs up perfectly fine no problems what so ever...but then when I try to copy the first disc I get 1 of two results

1: if I do a direct copy the disc just stays black and doesn't boot anything.
2: Is I replace the DUMMY file it will boot up and go to the menu but it won't go past it, just a black screen.

I tried to fallow a few guides I found on these forums but neither one worked, one recomended using Nero in the UDF/ISO mode but I kept getting the error "Unable to import file because it is over 2gb" or something similar to that, then I tried to do it with CDDVDGen that was recomended in another guide but that's the one that let's it boot up but it just goes black.

I have noclue wha tto do at this point, this is the first time a backup has not gone right no matter what I try and do.

Maxell DVD's (never given me a problem yet), I used to use Sony DVD's but when I got the exact same brand as I had previously been using it came up that the media was unreadable.

and I always burn at 1x.

I am also using Swap magic 3.6
