Just use Nero buring rom program...you can download the demo from numerous sites, after you load that up it will give you an option of what to burn click on data and just follow the directions untill it brings up the box that you can drag items into it then I think you drag the bin or elf files which ever files the toxic os gives you then click on file on the top left part of the page then click burn it should only take a second since its a small file then pop it into the ps2 and the modchip should load it up and your see a skull that says TOXIC and just follow the steps to install it...hope this helps

you take the bin. and cue. file from the toxic files and put them in Nero and burn those to a cd and that should work thats what I did atleast....go to the dms4 website and go to the forum there there's tutorials on exactly how to and what not..

As taken from the dms forums :

Updated: 1 Feburary, 2005

It seems quite a few people are having problems burning DMS4 upgrade discs, so I thought it was time for a small tutorial on the subject. I've seen a lot of people complain about getting RSOD ("red screen of death") while attempting to boot the burnt upgrade disc - very often the cause of the problem has actually turned out to be a bad burn rather than a problem with the installation. If you are getting RSOD while trying to boot the upgrade disc, verify that you have burnt the disc correctly before you try and troubleshoot the installation!

It is important to note that the upgrade disc files provided (.BIN and .CUE) make up a cd image. Make sure that you burn the image to the disc rather than simply adding the files to a compilation. Anyway, the procedure for burning the upgrade discs is as follows. This information applies to both the official DMS4 flash upgrades and third party upgrades such as ToxicBIOS/OS. My directions are for the Nero Burning Rom application but it shouldnt be hard to adopt them for other burning applications.

Burning directions:

* Start Nero Burning Rom
* If the new compilation window or wizard is displayed, close it.
* Click on the File menu, then click "Burn Image..."
* In the file open dialog, browse to where the upgrade disc files are stored and double click on the .cue file
* The write cd dialog will now be displayed, select an appropriate speed and click Write. I'd recommend 4x-8x write speed but it really depends on your media and PS2's laser. Write speed can be very important - if your laser is sub-par, this may mean the difference between a working and non-working disc!
* Wait for the burning process to complete Smile

Once the burning process has completed, its a good idea to verify that your disc has been burnt correctly. Check the contents of the cd you just burnt in windows explorer etc. If you did this properly you should see 3 files on the CD - SYSTEM.CNF, ZZZ.ZZZ and a .ELF file. The name of the .ELF file varies depending on the upgrade image you burnt (official DMS flash, ToxicBIOS, ToxicOS). If you did not burn the disc correctly then you will probably have 2 files on the CD - a .bin and a .cue file. If this is the case then you will get a RSOD when you attempt to boot the disc in your PS2!

If you have verified that the disc contents are correct but the disc will still not boot on your console (you get a RSOD) then there are a few possibilities:

* You have a problem with your installation, most likely the CDVD points O-W.
* There is a problem with your burner, media, or burning speed. Some people have reported that while they could not get a disc they burnt to boot, a disc burnt by their friend on different hardware would work fine. Try out different things before giving up

Hope this helps you do it. reply back here if it worked
