Welcome to the forum,

Please remove your serial #. It starts w/ 1A23 and also remove 1A4c

1. Update Nero you are a few versions behind.
2. Did you rip the movie to HD using DVDDecrypter before you used Nero? Nero can not decrypt a movie

As Mike said, that is not the complete log.

Post a complete log, to do so go here:

C:\Program Files\Ahead\Nero
Look for a file named "NeroHistory.log"
Open that file up and copy the last log in it.
Then paste it here.

(Don't forget to remove/delete your serial number from the top of the log file. It usually starts with "1A2.-....-.....".)
