Whats you PS2 slims date code... mine is 4D

Do you use a mod chip. I dont.

Do you use swap magic. I do.

How long have you had your slim. ive had mine since January.

Has your laser blown. Not yet.

because sony claims to have fixed it on date code 4C... I sopoke to them about it twice at 2 sony offices and thats what 2 different ppl said.


they blaim mod chips on newer than 4c and thats why.

im trying to find a 4d or newer thats not using an actual chip with a blown lazer to see if this is true.

they also claim that the mod chips and laser fixes add alot of heat on a v12... guys on the phone seemed honest and made sence.
