Think you can do better than John Buchanan,Greg Chapell or any other cricket team manager.Than this is for you :-

Fantastic new cricket manager game which allows you to train your players and build up their attributes,select your best team and tactics based on your opponents tactics,& the type of wicket and weather conditions.Compete in league,cups & tournaments ; win exciting prizes & find out how it feels to manage a team.
