Hi guys

I'm just after some advice really.

Recently I have been playing FIFA 2005 quite a lot but it's started to take a long time to load, and when playing the commentary doesn't match up with the play, replays are slow and in general it seems slow and jumpy compared to what it was.

I have had my PS2 for a few years now and am thinking it needs a new laser but just wanted some advice if it could be anything else ??

I have cleaned the laser but it's made no differnce.

Now I am struggling to play all games, I am sure it's the laser, what do you guys think ?? Not sure what else it could be but wanted to make sure before I spend £40 on a new one.
