i have just started to use swap magic 3.6, and so am using dvd decrypter to make back ups and it works great, now aint got a clue how to back up from a cd, am total beginer so wats best to use and explanation on how to use please, i.e step by step

You do PS2 CD-ROM games the same as DVD-ROM games.

Just some information for you. Some people have problem with thier PS2 CD-ROM backups playing good on thier PS2. I am 1 of them. My PS2 v12 have trouble reading the backup disc when burnt to CD media. So to get around that you can change the CD-ROM disc into a DVD-ROM disc and burn it on a blank DVD. Which in turn lets the PS2 load the game better. If you would like to do this read the below link on how to change the PS2 game from CD-ROM to DVD-ROM.

Again some people have trouble with this and some dont. So its just a prefrence of how you want to copy them.

I also have the problem of sometimes reading CD's. But if i ever want to make cd backups, I use Alcohol 120%. I use Image Making then Image Burning Wizard.
