hi there, i'm a complete newbie, and managed (probably by sheer luck) to copy some of my dvd's, but luck's running out: i tried to copy a couple of the disney classics, and this is what i get while decrypting with DVD Decrypter:
I/O Error!

even if i manage to decrypt the files and burn a copy, all i can then see in my dvd player is a movie of bad quality (gets worse with time) or just black (i already tried less compression, smaller top target size, low speed of copying...)

help??

Hi there and welcome to aD

ok to your problem, we know that you are using DVD Decrypter. What else are u using to complete the backup.

Here are some programs and guides that can help u out.

and here are the code breaker engines u need to have running in that background. but remember dont run them at the same time... Also it may not look like its doing anythin but by just sitting in your sys tray its working and active.

hello,
i am also using DVD Shrink, and i downloaded the trial version of AnyDVD. i am not sure about the aspi layer, because i have absolutely no clues what i have been downloading and installing, and if it is compatible to all the other programs or even necessary. sorry, real beginner....*grin*
