So I updated my Itunes player last week to the latest one however I have BT broadband and it stopped working and when I phoned BT they said that it had something to do with the new itunes but that I would be ok if I download a patch from there web site in order to get on to the web site I had to uninstall itunes so I did and went and got the patch and downloaded itunes again but when I open it. It says that Itunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. I think this might be because there is a problem with my QuickTime player because when I go to open it. It says there is something missing so I thought I might try to uninstall the player the says that the file does not exist and is not a valid uninstallation log I have tried uninstalling it with add remove programs and have tried rolling back my computer to when itunes worked but it makes no difference anyone got any ideas
