swap magic 3.6 not working

I recently got the swap magic 3.6 set + slide tool, and although the discs load correctly, apparently I'm not copying the games I have correctly because Devil May Cry loads successfully, but gets frozen after the "this game contains blood and gore etc" screen, and then Katamari Damacy just won't load and I get the "not a valid PS2 game" message. I copied both of these with nero.

what is the best way to copy games that works most of the time and with what program? thanks!

Try using DVD Decrypter to burn PS2 games , i do
