Can anyone help me with downloading a good quality version of The Two Towers?

I've tried Kazaa and iMesh, but the downloads seem to take a long long time. One download was up to over 1,000 hours!

I would like to find a place that has one with a high bandwidth.

Any help would be appreciated.
