I understand how to mod my Xbox, but im having problems with understanding the software for PS2. with the new DMS4 solderless, hardware wont be to hard but once it is in then what. Is there a bios like XBOX, cus if so i haven't seen any threads on them or where to get them. I'm not interested in anything other than playing my back-ups. so if someone could set me on the right path.

With most chips you just install the mod chip and your good to go.

Thats what i was guessing but didnt want to start spending money and cracking open consoles before i looked into it more

on the dms website they say somthing about toxics bios v.03 do i need this for backed up games or for somthing else?
