Unknown problem with viper chip

I'm stuck please help
I just got my gamecube
i plugged it into the tv, i turn it on, but i have
a blank screen,the cube power lights up
but dvd won't spin
Got the bios flashed with viper loader, and used cobra bios 1.2

Something is probably not soldered properly or something is disconnected, i would open up the GC again and triple check all the connections
