hi ppl,
I am thinking of getting a ps2 network adapter. However, seeing that my ps2 has a mod chip, i am scared it might not work. Please clarify this for me...... Will the network adapter NOT work at all even if i play an original online game (my PS2 is modded)??? Or will the network adapter only not work with backed up games?
Basically, my quesiton is this: wat are the limitations of using a network adapter on a modded PS2?

There should be no limitations, as long as you either :
A. turn off the chip before booting an original game when you plan to play online, or
B. patch the dnas on the backups you plan to play online

For mor info on patching, check the ps2 cd or dvd backup forum, i saw a guide to patching there like a minute ago, or just use the search
