i got a bunch of file with names starting with blpp-dgr.001 to blpp-dgr.015 and a blpp-dgr.sfv file.

wat do i do with these files?

Seems like you have acquired pirate version of burnout legends. Those are compressed files, you need to extract them or do what ever you want with them. If you like the game then buy it. I got it today, by far the psp game yet!
