Hi!

I recently downloaded CloneDVD2 trial to try the program, however, out of 3 DVDs I tried burning, 2 did not come out the way I wanted. One that I copied entirely played the director's commentary and the other played in French instead of English. I tried burning the DVDs several other times to see if I had some settings wrong, but it didn't appear like I did. Has anyone experienced the same problem? WHat am I doing wrong? How can I fix this problem?

are you wanting to burn only the movie (better quality) or do you want all those special features and menus in there too? if you simply want the movie, click on the tab (when you first open up clonedvd) that says "Copy DVD Titles", then find and load the video folder from your dvd, press next, and simply make sure the main movie file is selected and that no other commentary/audio (except english) is chosen, if it is still there, simply uncheck the box next to the foreign languages and leave all the english boxes checked...this works for me everytime...good luck

Follow what was said by pervious member...

If u still have problems try running DVD43 or AnyDVD in the background abd dont run them at the same time....

Here is a guide on how to use CloneDVD 2 properly. I hope it helps...
