PS2 to USB DIY?!?

I converted my xbox controller to USB and have been using it for emus and i just burnt my PS2 up and i wanna do the same with the PS2 controller but i cant find and "how to" or wire-to-wire diagrams. Also i just got a G5 mac and i need drivers for the xbox and ps2 controllers any info would be greatly appreciated.

PS i found a xbox driver for the MAC but i gotta pay 5 bucks (shareware) to me thats bull.
