DVD Decrypter keeps failing when trying to b/u atv offroad fury2. ??????

I'm trying to back up ATV Offroad fury 2 with DVD Decrypter and I believe I set it right...iso read, but it keeps failing after about 70MB. No error msg, just stops reading. Alcohol won't even let me start. If any one has copied this game, please let me know.

It starts reading at around 4x or 1.5 and then it just stops reading at about 70MB every time. I tried removing the device and reinstalling it, but nothing. Another thing is I have used Decrypter many times before to b/u movies with no prob. It's a pioneer drive. Any chance those don't work well with games? Another funny thing is I thought you could use Alcohol to b/u also, but that won't even let me start reading with the same game. ????? I am also burning things daily with the drive so........I dunno. I'm gonna try another game tonight and see.

I'm somewhat confused, but the problem is reading, not burning, correct?

If so, sounds like your disc is damaged. Especially if it's stopping at the same point. If it doesn't have any major scratches, look to see if there are any marks into the actual data layer. Might have a hole in it or something.

Yes, it errors while trying to read the dvd. I checked the disk and appears in almost perfect condition, few light scratches. I finally opened the log and saw an error message. It keeps stopping on the same sector and says Timeout on Logical unit?
