I have downloaded G spot but when I try to open/install I get a message that the program can't be opened because windows doesn't know what program created it. I need to use the program that creatd the file. What is it and where do I find it? Thanks for your help.

Probably you downloaded the rar'ed version. Install WinRAR or similar and unpack, there is no install.
