Gameshark on HDD??

Is there anyway to put the gameshark as an iso onto my HDD so I can load it from there and then just load the game from there also? I have started getting the Disk Read Error and I cant think of anything else to do. It only gives me that error with the gameshark and I see no scratches on it.
