Is it possible to rip your own iso, rebuild it and then make a PPF patch so instead of everyone else having to rebuild it, they can just apply the PPF patch? If so, is there a site with all these patches on, or does someone need to set one up :-D
Yes, that is what patches do. They rebuild the game for you.
and since people make them then yes there is a way to do it.
there are sites out there with patches, and someone
usually makes one for any games that need rebuilding.
I think if you had the time and motivation that learning
how to make them, and putting up a site where people can get them
would be a great idea.
well the sites I already know of are swapmagicfix.com and megagames.com/ps2 and yes, a good up-to-date patch site would be good for the n00bs/lazy amoung us!
if your that lazy i say just get a chip instead
then you will never have to worry about having to
patch or rebuild a game, or even swap for that matter.
Online play would be the only reason you would have to
patch an ISO
Games that others have a fit with, i can copy 1:1 and they
will play just fine. No patching at all.
