PSP Swiping Trick To Bypass Updates

Does anyone know of a "swiping trick" to bypass the update for some games? I got word of it in another forum, but there was no info and what it is, or how it's done. Has anyone else heard of it? Thanx!

yea u bsaically use a game that dosent need new FW and one that needs like burnout etc.. u pop in the old game when the white psp boot screen pops up you eject adn "swap" the games

What is "FW"? And when do you swap the games out? Do I put the game in that makes you update your system first, or do I put in the game that doesn't need the update first? Thanks for clearing this up!

FW= FirmWare, as in 1.0 / 1.50 / 2.0 and so on... some of the old FW cant run the new games.
