Problems converting files with TMPGEnc Plus

Hi, I'm new in this kind of forum so I'll try if there is any answer to my problem.

I have been converting AVI and MPG files with the TMPGEnc Plus and I didn't have any problem until a few day ago, I don't know why, when I open the source file it appears the following message:

"Read error ocurred at address 621F31C9 of module 'mciqtz32.dll' with 0000000."

This dll file is a file from the Windows Service Pack but I don't know how to solve it.

Does anybody can help me??
