Are using with the flip top or slide card? Here is the correct usage with the slide card: http://www.saveware.com/SlideCardUsageAndInstall.htm Here is the correct usage for flip top: http://www.chipzone.com/installation/playstation2/swapmagic/page1.cfm This question gets asked at least 3 times a day. I will answer it this time. Usually it's an error in how you burn your DVD-R. Note that if you're using DVD-RW's older PS2's don't read them very well.
