DivX Networks were giving away the DivX converter bundle for free the other day. Probably over by now though.

yes,i tried to get it on the day of offer but they said that it had ended.probably due to time zones,or they were just trying to have one up us brits!!!!!

DivXtoDVD will convert an XviD AVI file fine, however it won't be the same as the original DVD, the quality will be lower and you will be missing menus, etc.

Use SimpleDivX, once you,ve installed it, there will be guides in several languages on how to convert ;)
