Direct Connect Problems....HELP!!!

I am having crazy problems with direct connect. After I connect to a hub...I do a search...nothing comes up!!! I mean absolutely nothing no matter what I search for. Also, I am unable to browse other users files.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program with no luck.

Nope...no firewall.

I got the problem worked out...I added a router and have to be in passive mode.
