I have dot halo and i know how to open all the stuff but i need to know wehre i get the maps, can any 1 help

ok i have no clue how to mod in halo2 and im not going to mod in matchmaking because i love matching and am not a noob so i wouldnt abuse my powers so please someone help me i downloaded dothalo, WinRAR, and FlashFXP i still dont have a clue what to do, but i cant mod w/ AR because i tried and it didnt work please dont ask why because i didnt understand i just some help from someone experienced.

Hay buhbuh i want to know the same thing as you. I have no clue on how to do this and need help with it. I have all the same things that you have but all i need to know is how to get halo 2 on my xbox hard drive. Also how to get the maps on my computer. So if anyone out their can help me and buhbuh please do. If you have any good websites or if you can help us on IM or on Skype.

ok here. to get the non modded totally normal maps u play on do this:
use flash and open up ur xbox
go into the E folder
forgot which is first go into tdata and find the folder ending i 64 or switch that step around
now there are three folders those are the ones w/ the maps in them.

Also w/ ur xbox on where should you be like the dashboard, halo2 main menue. Also is this the first step in the modding process?

u guys are aware your box needs to be modded in some fashion in order to do what u guys are trying to do?
