trouble with a .iso file HELP!

hey
so what happened was i have this iso on my computer and its inside a winRAR archive folder. when i open the file up, it has the iso in it so i click it and hit extract to the specified folder. First, it says:
PROCESS ALL VOLUMES FROM THE CURRENT
PROCESS SELECTED FILES ONLY
alright, i dont understand, so i hit a random one and it works for like a minute and stops and says the file is damaged. ive been doin this for a long time and never had this problem. its happened with 2 games already!

PLEASE HELP!!!

Right click on the file extension that has .001 (something like that) and select extract here. A percentage meter should come up and whatever file has been rar'd should begin to show within the folder.
