hi.

i have a ps2 w/ messiah - and i want to play on my monitor. i am using an old 'blaze vga adaptor + cd'. i can play normal english games - but any others dont work - i have tried it with many combinations including using a swap magic. this gets the loading screen on some games to appear but then it crashes. if i just place the game in and cold boot i get nothing.

also sometimes the screen is all over the place..

does anyone know what the problem is that i have, and can they help me out?

depends if that monitor can handle both screen modes
for PAL & NTSC (50 and 60 hertz)
if not only the mode it can handle will show up on the
screen right.

its a pc monitor, it can handle up to 75 hz? surely it can handle 50 and 60?

Hi have u tried booting ur PS2 (without a disc) & changing the output of the PS2's video from composite to Yr etc. Or vice versa. I found this made all the difference with my video "in" card.
