Best BIOS and Dashboard to use with Xenium ICE and v1.0 xbox

I just bought the Xenium ICE mod chip and have a v1.0 xbox. I was wondering what the best hacked BIOS to put on my system and also the best dashboard. Also if my mod chip has its own OS do I need a hacked BIOS? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also if you could include where to download the bios/dashboards and usermanual/installtion that would be great.
