i know how to convert from one to the other but i need to know if the dvd is ntsc or pal
...ive got a few programs but dont know how to get them to say pal or ntsc -but they tell me tons or other stuff i dont know what to do wit :->
i have cce, divx2dvd, dvd2avi

Some programs, e.g. Nero Recode, will give you the info. after analysing the movie:
Run Nero Recode, click 'copy entire dvd to dvd', then 'import dvd', then go highlight and choose the Video_TS Folder of the movie on harddisk. Nero Recode would begin analysing the movie.
When it's done, click 'Info' at about middle of screen.
