do i have save it as a ISO (i dont know what that even means!) or can i burn using nero with what i got?

Welcome to aD malferds.

If you're using DVD Decrypter, I suggest you download DVD Shrink (as these two pretty much go hand in hand, just my opinion) from this site. Click on the link in my sig and follow the guide. ScubaPete will take care of you from there.
