Got no sound when playin DVD Rip AVI FIles

i download cupple of movies, dvd rip AVi files, da picutre works, but no sound, also when tryin to convert avi to dvd format the program closes, im using winavi video converter version 6...

For sound, you may try download and install K-Lite codec Pack (full or mega version):

Downloaded movies often contain errors. You may first check for and correct any errors with e.g. AviFixed which comes with K-Lite (but be sure to backup the avis first).

Winavi has less tolerance for errors. You may try use VSO DivXtoDVD (free version) for converting the avis to dvd compliant format instead:
