hello there im trying 2 backup and then burn a copy of ali g season 2 disc 2 and i click open disc and then its analysing and it stops at 59% and then says this:
BY THE WAY IM USING DVD SHRINK

I cannot see your image can you tell me what it says. sounds like copyright if so get AnyDVD. it will remove any encryption

what do i do once i downloaded the program i put the dvd in and then a message poped up saying disc cannot be read and this other shit wut do i do?????

right now i downloaded dvdfab decrypter and all of a sudden it like stopped decrypting and its just like freezes. This happened with DVD Shrink but with dvdfab no message popped up yet...
What do i do wuts up??????//

Dude! Give everyone a break.. It's not like the majority of people in here sit around answering ?'s it's not like we can answer everyone within 10 mins....
Is the Disc Dirty or Scratched at all? if so clean it with some rubbing alcohol or water .. The try ripping it to your Hard Drive using Dvd Decrypter with Anydvd running in the back ground.. If Anydvd doesn't seem to recognize the disc at 1st. Play it on your computer for a few sec then stop it and exit the DVD program Any Dvd should then recognize it....
once you have it riped in file mode to your Hard Drive then you should be able to use Dvd Shrink on the files..
Also if you didn't use THE CAPS LOCK like you're YELLING people maybe more apt to HELP you

it cant be dirty because i just bought the dvd... Also is this wut i should do::: I put the dvd in open up the dvd in a dvd player program let it run for like 1 min then exit the dvd player program, then click on the slysoft program AnyDVD and then wut??

ALSO iv tried atleast 5 different programs, and it all like stops at a certain point and like freezes and then it shows a pop up window and says like error and shit

Put the DVD in the drive then run Slysoft Anydvd let the DVD run for about 30 Sec or so in order for anydvd to recognize it.. Then open Dvd decrypter and rip the DVD to the HD in file mode
once you have it on your HD then use DVD Shrink to Shrink & Burn it
If you're still recieving errors using all these programs then you probably have a badly pressed disc

you can download AnyDVD for a trial for free but I suggest you buy it install it and it will always run in the background removing any copyright protection on your disk use DVD Shrink and enjoy.

dude i think i figured out wut da problem is. i think that it is that my drive is region locked RPC2 drive. and the known drives that have this problem is matshita. and so i think i have 2 download sumtin from www.rpc1.com i think i have 2 download a RPC1 patched firmware

after running AnyDVD region does not matter also DVD Shrink will let you change the region on your drive but you can only change this a few times on DVD-RW drives so it's best to use AnyDVD and not change regions.

Open ANYDVD Let it run Put in the DVD you want to copy
Open DVD Decrypter under Mode tab select File
select the folder you want the DVD to rip itself too
once that is done open Dvd Shrink select open From File

First off you need a DVD-ROM in order to even read the Disc and a DVD+RW to right the disc...
The wonder you are having problems
You have A CD-ROM and can only READ CD's
