i recieved my flip-top yesterday, and i've installed it but it doesn't seem to play the dvd swap magic. also the red light wont show up.

another thing is when the cd swap magic is in the ps2 is very noise.

can any1 help.

The correct installation of the flip top is here: http://www.chipzone.com/installation/playstation2/fliptop/page1.cfm Make sure your backups are burned correctly. Check here: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/117975 Usually this is a burning problem. Use a good quality DVD-R.
