i downloaded anime episodes and there in .ogg files
and i wanted to put it on a dvd with nerovision express3 but it doesnt take those files
so i used a program called open video converter and converted the episodes but a lot of them have audio sync problems like off by 2 seconds wit the video
so does anyone know how i can convert it to avi or any other format that nerovision takes
any help will be great

Is it really though? More likely it is an ogm with ogg used incorrectly as a file ext.

ogg files always use theora for video. ogm's can use anything that can be encoded via VfW.

ogg files always used vorbis, flac or speex for audio. ogm files can use mp3, AC3, AAC, etc.

Well anything that accepts input via dshow should work, assuming that you have the filters for playback.

for .ogg probably the best solution would be radlight's ogg/ogm splitter, a recent FFDShow build for theora decoding and corevorbis, FFDShow or radlight's vorbis decoder.

I still think you have an ogm and not an ogg though. Same goes for naamloos.

DVDSanta's directshow input is supposed to work quite well, so you might want to try that.
