1 buy crossover cable

2 buy usb to lan adapter

3 hook pc to router or modem via a lan cable.

4 plug USB adapter into pc's usb port

5 plug crossover cable into adapter

6 Plug other end of crossover cable into xbox

7 go to "view networks" on your pc highlight the two network connections by holding shift

8 right click and select bridge connections

9 make sure the xbox network settings is set on auto

First off all why do you want to brige your network connection?Need more details.

Network connections in ur control panel(start->Run-> type "control")
Select Connections Right click and brige..

Well a crossover cable is different from the regular patch cable that you connect from PC to modem or router.Well the only difference is that the wires in side are crossed witch allows it to connect node to node. But both are regular RJ-45 Ethernet cables Cat 5e or what ever.
