123modchip.com and HD Loader

Yesterday I placed an order on this site for a copy of HD Loader.

Today I finnally found a link for HD Loader reviews, and it looks like two people never got their copy of program..

Has anyone else had problems with them, or have you known anyone with problems?

If this site just took my money, and I do not receive the program, what should I do?
I have spent a bit of time looking around and whoising, but their domain is using a domain proxy service, so I cannot get their phone number.

Right now I have the number to PayPal and the number to the servers ISP.
If I don't receive it after a week (they say 2-5 days), I will call the ISP and track the owner down.
If that doesn't work, I will call PayPal and fight with them about it for a while, and see what they can do.

My point is: Do you think I will still get the program/get my money back?
PayPal is pretty secure, and I know if you put up a fight long enough then they will cave in...
