I downloaded it there is a folder with a lot of .rar files. I click on one of them it says "Pro evolution 5 iso" When i finish extracting it. It stays in a .rar format and when i try to open it it says archive is in unkown format or damaged. What am i doing wrong ? thanks ahead of time.

It's probably due to the Winrar program being associated with the iso extension. You have exracted the archive into an iso and it shows another winrar icon for your iso but it's actually not a winrar archive. It's the iso that's ready for burning.
